The further development of the international compliance management system with new business areas through the progressive organic and inorganic growth (including anti-woman, anti-corruption, waste/environmental law, LkSG/CSDDD, IT security legislation) is in your hands. The development, implementation and training of internal policies and processes as well as further development and implementation of compliance effectiveness checks are your responsibility. You process compliance at national and international level. Your legal advice solves questions in the field of law & compliance. Compliance legal advice for international and national M&A transactions (including due diligence and business partner reviews). You control and coordinate internal and external voting processes.

An above-average degree in law and several years of professional experience in the field of compliance in an internationally active law firm, business consulting or a legal department of an internationally active company is your foundation. You have a strong understanding of economic relationships and complex issues as well as a pronounced communication capability. Know-how in the field of ESG compliance (in particular LkSG/CSDDD) and IT security (in particular KRITIS, NIS2, CER) will help you with prior knowledge of waste and environmental compliance. A careful, structured and pragmatic way of working is obvious to you. Self-employed and targeted work as well as trustworthiness is yours. Ready for occasional missions. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
