Their tasks are in particular:

independent processing of all constructional procedures (e.g. construction permit, construction decision, exemptions and exceptions) Consultation of builders, planners and districts with regard to structural questions Opinions on building plans Cooperation in the field of monument protection

Your qualifications are:

a completed study of architecture or civil engineering or a comparable qualification Knowledge of building regulations and construction planning law good handling, ready-to-use, independent and structured work Joy in dealing with people
