During your 18-month trainee program, you will get detailed insights into the different areas of property insurance – from private to corporate customer business, everything is there and you will also know staff units such as strategic damage management. The selection of the stations is flexible according to your interests and you can get to know the entire group by hospitations, for example in sales or finance. Supported by a mentor:in and experienced colleagues, for example, you will participate in the development of new insurance solutions, drive innovative topics such as the use of AI or identify and implement growth opportunities – is in close cooperation with senior management You play a central role in driving exciting projects and initiatives, bringing your ideas and impulses and thus automatically expanding your expertise Collaboration in cross-functional teams, individual and targeted trainings and our trainee community help you constantly develop and build a network In addition to your agenda: a stay in a foreign unit of the AXA Group

You have a very well completed master's degree or a comparable degree, e.g. economics, (economic) engineering, (economic) mathematics, (economic) psychology or law You have first experiences from internships or student work activities (e.g. in the management consultancy, the strategy department of a group or an insurance company) and have ideally gained international insights (e.g. through a semester abroad or an internship abroad) You are an analytically thinking communication talent with hand-on mentality and high performance You draw your attention through a sovereign appearance, team spirit and the desire to take the initiative independently, You can communicate safely in German and English You have the desire to develop yourself professionally and personally – and you can easily imagine leadership responsibility in the medium term.
