You play a leading role in redesigning the architecture of our platform, building internal tools and developing a modern, scalable infrastructure. Tasks Refactoring our existing Django monoliths in modular microservices that are provided on Kubernetes (k8s). Implementation of necessary front-end changes in a React-based application (SPA). Design and develop highly customized management tools to support internal business processes. Ensure that these tools run reliably and efficiently to support DevOps and support teams. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast testing and deployment. Active participation in code reviews - you give and receive constructive feedback. Cooperation with internal departments to understand needs and deliver solutions. Self-employed work in the planning, implementation and documentation of projects. Translate high-level user stories to clear technical requirements. Qualifications Passion for writing clean, testable and manageable code. Good experience with python and frameworks such as Django or Flask. Knowledge of the use of ORMs and writing efficient SQL (ideally PostgreSQL). Solid understanding of Git workflows (including rebase and interactive rebase). Confidence with modern software testing methods and the desire to achieve a high test coverage. Good knowledge of JavaScript, React (or similar frameworks), HTML, CSS and jQuery. Practical experience with CI/CD tools and practices. Good knowledge of Linux (preferably Debian).
