Self-employed preparation, implementation and post-processing of pay bills Collection, care and control of personnel master files and movement data Own-responsibility and time-to-time billing of pay, salary and utilities Advising all executives and employees on questions relating to pay billing Processing of all administrative tasks for the Payroll area from entry to exit of staff Implementation of reporting, reporting and certification Participation in the monthly and annual accounts of the pay bill Accompanying audits by economic, tax and social security auditors Management and settlement of contracts for occupational pension provision Strong exchange with financial accounting Participation in the active optimization and further development of payroll processes

Multiannual, practical professional experience in pay billing Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by an additional qualification in the area of pay billing or a further training to the certified accounting officer (m/w/d) and/or personnel specialist (m/w/d) Safe handling of the DATEV Lodas settlement system as well as very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Very good knowledge in dealing with the common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Absolute trustworthiness and discretion in handling sensitive data Basic knowledge of financial accounting desirable Impressive analytical skills and a high level of service and service orientation High sense of responsibility combined with a structured, organized and detailed way of working
