Participation in all compliance-relevant areas of an insurance company and at group level Advising supervisors:internal and senior managers on compliance issues Conducting compliance risk analyses in areas such as antitrust, anti-corruption and sales law Creation and updating of compliance requirements for the Group incl. Communication, training and monitoring Check compliance cases and violations incl. Monitoring of internal investigations Reporting on compliance processes to responsible:n Executive Board / Chairman and Supervisory Board Editing legal and content issues on further compliance assigned tasks

Completed second legal state exams or adequate training Practical experience in compliance Knowledge of criminal, antitrust or distribution law as well as securities compliance are advantageous High communicative competence, in particular the ability to portray facts clearly and concisely Particular sense of responsibility, willingness to decide and persuasiveness Embossed team capacity Analytical skills (e.g. in the processing of compliance cases or the design of compliance requirements)
