Team Leader Accounts Payable (m/f/d)

Leadership and development of the 8-person creditor accounting team Interface function for account accounting as well as our external house administrations Strategic and operational management of creditor accounting for all companies – timely and complete Ensuring the timely processing and booking of the supplier invoices and intercompany remunerations released for payment Compilation of payment flows and implementation of electronic payment transactions within the agreed payment deadlines Implementation of electronic payment transactions Responsibility for dunning (incoming and outgoing) as well as reporting and monitoring of OPOS lists Further development of booking processes with DATEV Contact persons for external service providers and all relevant interface areas Examination of the formal correctness of incoming supplier invoices and processing of the subject matter Development of business processes in the debitor and creditor sector and coordination of projects

Completed training or study in the field of finance / accounting or as a tax specialist Multiannual experience as team management in creditor accounting Knowledge of turnover tax law and construction deduction tax Self-employed, structured and targeted Communication strength and team capacity Pragmatic approach and empathic appearance Embossed IT affinity Reliability, care and flexibility Improving work processes and increasing financial performance Good knowledge of DATEV and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
