You take over the result-driven commercial management of our branch in Gommern with its three service offices In doing so, you guide the commercial team professionally and disciplinaryly manage the controlling of the branch – including predictive personnel and resource planning In addition to your leadership responsibility, you will also get operational, especially in the case of degrees, planning, reporting and calculations. With your view for numbers, you control and optimise all commercial processes – from budget planning and forecasts to contract and insurance management As a central contact person, you are in close contact with management, regional management and customers and keeps in mind market and competition developments In the absence of operational branch management, you take over their representation and ensure smooth operations

Completed degree (Diplom / Bachelor / Master) in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering – alternatively a completed commercial training with multi-year experience in controlling desirable Multiannual experience in a commercial function, ideally in controlling or in commercial management, as well as first experience in managing employees Secure handling of MS Office and SAP as well as sound knowledge in contract law (VOB/BGB) Expressed awareness of economic responsibility Structured, resilient and strong personality with strong prioritization and very good communication strength
