Instructor Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the training of the technical training professions (currently mechatronics technicianin, electronics technicianin for operating technology) and the support of the trainees for operating technology. In this function, you are responsible for and coordinating the practical and theoretical training contents according to the training framework plans and carry out them in a large part. You follow a continuous optimization and further development of the training concept in cooperation with other specialist departments. The support and development of our educational partnerships and school cooperations are actively designed in cooperation with the People & Culture department. In addition, you will conduct interviews with the Recruiting team and make a decision to recruit new trainees. Supportingly, you use partial tasks in projects for professional training. Continuously, a professional development is possible in operating technology.

You have completed training for mechatronics technicians and extensive professional experience in the maintenance of machinery and equipment. Ideally, you have a successfully completed training exam or bring the willingness to further education. You have already gained experience in education and training or in the care of young people and are able to direct them theoretically and professionally. You have a strong communication skills and an empathic and supportive personality. You bring joy to the accompaniment and individual promotion of young people and can adjust yourself to the needs of each individual. To deal with new (digital) tools and learning methods as well as to actively integrate them into the training is of course for you. You are characterized by your high readiness and motivation for personal development.
