You can look forward to this: You take responsibility in the preparation and follow-up of Assessment Centers for Executives and assist in the implementation

You are working on the design of new, innovative development, selection and feedback instruments

You accompany and support the internal trainers:inside and moderator:in the daily business

You support the development of innovative learning concepts and learning journeys for managers

You work independently in the preparation and refurbishment of executive events

You bring new ideas into the realignment of personnel development

We look forward to this: You study psychology, economic psychology, human resources management, social sciences, BWL or the like with very successful results

You have an affinity on personnel and executive development as well as potential diagnostics

You are characterized by a high self-initiative, acceptance of responsibility and flexibility, and you are delighted to introduce yourself to a team

You have a self-confident and communicative personality and joy in talking to different audiences

You have a very high customer orientation and have very good English and German knowledge in word and writing
