Technical support and customer support You support our customers with technical challenges in the operation of their technical applications. In technical support, you analyze errors and find sustainable solutions. You accompany our customers in the implementation of application updates and ensure a frictionless process. System operation and infrastructure You design and build different test environments for applications in close coordination with the software suppliers. You are involved in migration projects and ensure that data and systems are transmitted seamlessly. You take over the administration and monitoring of our virtual server systems. Documentation and knowledge transfer You document systems and installation processes in a clear and structured way to ensure knowledge in the team.

You have a successfully completed training as a specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable professional training. You bring several years of professional experience in IT system or application administration administration. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. You work actively and independently in the team. You have experience in the use or administration of applications in the field of authorisation or driving licences. You bring a good understanding of English technical documentation.
