General responsibility for finance, controlling, accounting, treasury and reporting Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB/IFRS Development and implementation of the financial strategy to support corporate objectives Building and further development of precise and meaningful reporting and relevant KPIs Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and liquidity management Control and optimization of financial processes and IT systems (e.g. ERP) Direct contact for external stakeholders such as banks, auditors and tax advisors

Complete study of business management, finance or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a leading position in the financial sector, ideally in a medium and dynamic environment Knowledge in Accounting (HGB, IFRS), Controlling and Financial Planning Experience in process optimization and implementation of financial and ERP systems Strategic thinking combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality Management experience and entrepreneurial thinking High levels of communication and negotiation
