Your duties

• As a sales consultant in the interior service, you act as expert consultants for our customers on the topic of tiles or construction
• You take over the costing and supply creation for builders, craftsmen and contractors and pursue your projects sustainably
• You take care of the handling of complaints
• With our digital studio for bathroom and living room planning, our customers are thrilled with the planning
• With creativity and commitment, you maintain your customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• They work closely with the external service partner and always have the sales objectives in mind
• As an interface between sales, purchasing and logistics, you contribute to project success, with professional and active support from all departments
• You will enjoy the co-design of our exhibition area and assortments

Your qualifications

• With a professional training in wholesale and foreign trade or equivalent training or corresponding professional experience, you are right with us
• As a former commercial employee or sales representative, you are experienced in the sales service or External service - building material knowledge would be top!
• However, we are happy to offer cross-releases from the craftsmanship with experience and knowledge in the field of building materials an opportunity for entry
• In dealing with customers and suppliers, you are a skillful interlocutor and know how to present yourself well and STARK
• They are an excellent team player, bring experiences in a medium-sized environment and ideally have a regional building and building material network
