You are group management and ensure compliance with quality standards in all areas You work proactively and appreciated with the young people, the educational reference system and the employees You support children, adolescents and young adults in their concerns and accompany them into self-employment You coordinate and document the help and ensure smooth administration

Completed education, education or psychology studies, a state-approved degree as an educator*in or a comparable degree You have first experience in managing staff and enjoying administrative activities You are an organizational institution and keep an overview even in difficult situations You are a reliable and respectful partner for the residents You want to develop yourself in a multi-professional team and bring your own interests, skills and talents into your work Our colleagues look forward to an vaccinated line
