Human Resources Officer Employment Law (m/f/d)

You advise our managers on all questions of individual and collective labour law. The preparation, monitoring and follow-up of individual personal measures is one of your tasks. You work closely with the Works Council, including preparation and execution of hearings, negotiations and discussions. You will also participate in the creation and negotiation of operating agreements. The legal design, examination and further development of work contracts, dismissals and terminations are within your responsibility. You accompany labor disputes and disputes, possibly in cooperation with external lawyers. You contribute to personnel projects with labour law reference.

You have a degree in the field of economics or social sciences with a focus on personnel or human resources management, human resources management or work and organizational sciences with a proven focus on work law. Multiannual professional experience in personnel work with a focus on labour law is yours. You have a well-founded knowledge of labour, tax and social insurance issues as well as in the Business Constitution Act. Working with works councils is routine for you. You stand up safely and have a strong consulting and negotiation competence. A conscientious, well-organized and communicative way of working is yours.
