Management and control of the work package “Information and database model” within complex transformation and integration projects Deputy Head of the Operations Management subproject and support of the subproject management in the management of volume, quality, dates and risks Deputy technical leadership and coordination of an interdisciplinary team of about ten employees from different fields of expertise and IT Development and development of technical information models and support in defining a consistent data and information architecture Architecture-oriented modelling of information flows, data relationships and relevant influencing factors to ensure continuous business integration Responsibility for the technical design and development of interfaces between processes, systems and organizational units Close coordination with customers, departments and other stakeholders for the acceptance, evaluation and implementation of professional requirements Planning, moderation and implementation of workshops, request analyses and voting dates at specialist and management levels Creation of specialist concepts, decision documents, management presentations and project-relevant documentation Support in the strategic development of operational management, information and integration processes

Successfully completed studies of economic informatics, computer science, economic engineering, business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in business integration, requirement management, transformation projects or in the interface and process design of complex organizations Knowledge in modelling business processes, information flows, data and information models Experience in the technical control of work packages, subprojects or complex project projects Representative competence in stakeholder management and in cooperation with customers, departments, process managers and technical teams Detectable experience in the design and implementation of integration and interface solutions between organizational units and IT systems Experience in the planning, moderation and implementation of workshops and the structured collection and consolidation of requirements Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing. readiness to travel (up to 30 %) Required additional qualifications Knowledge of common modelling standards and methods (e.g. ADMBw@NAFv4) Knowledge in enterprise architecture management and information and data management Experience in regulated or infrastructural industries with complex stakeholders Personal competencies Strategic thinking and holistic view of processes, data and organization High level of integration and coordination across disciplines and organisational boundaries Enforcement capability with a strong team and customer orientation Ability to actively shape changes and successfully combine different interests Sovereign handling of management, specialist and project bodies
