Then become part of our team and as Senior Manager (m/w/d) Green Coffee Management assumes responsibility for buying raw coffee and developing high-quality coffee products.

We are now looking for full time and unlimited reinforcement

Raw coffee shopping strategy: You develop and evaluate the purchasing strategy for raw coffee (differentials, stock exchanges) daily. Manage the “priced pipeline” and physical coverage in the raw coffee shopping team

Technical chart analysis: You conduct technical chart analyses of the raw coffee exchanges

Analysis of the countries of origin & Market factors: You analyze and evaluate developments in the countries of origin as well as further influencing factors on the raw coffee market

Product development: You develop new products in coordination with the relevant stakeholders

Benchmarking Portfolio: You build a benchmarking portfolio of all relevant domestic and foreign markets and envisage this

Contact person for coffee specific topics: You are the first contact person for all questions concerning raw and roasted coffee – from taste profiles to declarations to price constellations – for all business sectors of the group

Participation in transnational projects: You work in cross-departmental projects and take raw and roasted coffee-specific decisions

Quality assurance: You routinely check the quality of roasted coffee products and raw coffee in the team

Preliminary Calculations: You'll start preliminaries for roasted coffee recipes for our stakeholders

Market Observation & Reporting: You continuously monitor and analyze all relevant markets in terms of cup quality as well as competitiveness and build a reporting system

Blend Management: You ensure evenly optimal cup quality. You use all production and procurement options

You have successfully completed your business studies or a comparable discipline

You have already gained many years of professional experience in the field of raw coffee cultivation, raw coffee purchase, raw coffee processing and/or roast coffee production

You know the coffee ruler safely and are familiar with the relevant standards and regulations

You have experience dealing with Commodity Stock Exchanges

We presuppose detailed knowledge of all coffee-specific quality assurance measures

Experience in the planning, implementation and monitoring of projects is beneficial to you

You have distinctive sensory skills and can safely evaluate coffee qualities

You are safe in handling SAP and MS Office

Flowing English skills complete your profile
