Senior Expert Mechanical Service & After Sales (Intralogistik) (m/f/d)

You develop and establish our mechanical service as an independent product in the project business You build structures, processes and standards for the service sector You actively shape our after-sales and spare parts business Integrierst service concepts in our GU offers You define service parameters (e.g. SLAs, reaction times) You create customized spare parts and service packages You check supplier documents regarding spare parts and serviceability You control and coordinate external service partners and suppliers You carry out supplier audits and ensure service quality You plan mechanical maintenance and their maintenance cycles You are responsible for the strategic spare parts management, including: Storage strategies based on wear and criticism Life Cycle Management and Announcements Development of alternative solutions You shape a new strategic area from scratch You combine technology, sales and strategy in a role You have direct influence on customer satisfaction and plant availability You work on complex, international intralogistics projects You have great design spaces in a key position You have direct influence on strategic business development

Technical training (e.g. mechatronics, plant engineering) with further training to the technician/master or comparable Multiannual experience in the service or maintenance of conveyor technology / intralogistics systems knowledge of mechanical components (drive technology, sensor technology, sorting systems, ideally special units such as shoe sorters etc.). Experience in project business (ideally GU environment) Knowledge of technical sales, after sales or service offers Experience in spare parts management and technical documentation Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong understanding of technical and economic relations Structured, independent operation Communication strength in handling customers, partners and sales Pleasure of cross-border cooperation Negotiation and enforcement readiness to travel and excellent knowledge of German and English Safe handling of Microsoft Office
