To take over the professional and disciplined leadership of the market communication team To actively advance the strategic development of the department Take responsibility for all operational processes – especially for supplier exchange and data exchange processes according to GPKE/GeLi Gas – and to control upstream and downstream activities in close coordination with the relevant departments Optimizing processes in a targeted manner, identifying potentials and successfully establishing new structures Efficient control of the department and creating a working environment in which employees can contribute and develop their strengths Together in the leadership team to set the course for the future orientation of the market communication and accounting area
