They maintain articles and data in the in-house goods management system as well as on the Internet and perform corresponding statistics. They are responsible for the preparation of the pattern, this includes the care of product description cards and sample files. They are responsible for providing samples to internal departments such as advertising / quality assurance / image administration / direct purchase. You complete supplier correspondence, check the supplier orders, place supplier files and are responsible for returning the goods to the suppliers. They support shopping assistance and contribute to the incorporation of trainees. They prepare supplier templates and are responsible for the time monitoring.

Completed commercial training Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position in purchasing, preferably textile Basic textile knowledge desirable Safe handling of common office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Self-employed, structured and responsible work Communication and team skills Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
