Operating main contact partner for the customer in the object Control and coordination of all FM services (technical & infrastructural) Expansion of existing services and increase in sales by additional services Identification of optimization and order potentials Care and development of customer relationship Professional leadership of employees Control and evaluation of service providers incl. Complaint management Implementation of object, plant and warranty Ensuring operator obligations, audits and documentation Maintenance of technical and infrastructure master data Environmental and Energy Management incl. Data collection and implementation Cost control, accounting and reporting Support for projects and special tasks Compliance with all legal requirements, standards and guidelines

Technical or commercial studies or comparable professional experience Multiannual experience in facility management / object management Very good knowledge of real estate management Secure handling of SAP R/3 and MS Office Impressed negotiating and communication strength Customer orientation, quality and cost awareness Self-employed, structured work Enforcement, organisational skills and flexibility Safe, professional appearance Driving licence Class B and personal mobility
