Panelist Acquisition & Partnership Manager DACH (m/f/d)

You are the:the main partner for local panel acquisition partnerships in the DACH region. As a first contact, you are responsible for obtaining the panel participants:inside. Analyze, identify, develop and maintain partnerships in the DACH region and develop scalable partnership models. You are responsible and manage the entire partnership life cycle. You understand how to develop and further develop strategies for influencers and community leaders, etc. You ensure that brand compliance, compliance with quality standards of market research, compliance and compliance with GDPR and local regulations are guaranteed and implemented. You support the central teams in creating and evaluating relevant KPIs. You work closely with local and central teams, such as sales, panel operation and data teams.

You have a successfully completed university degree/successfully completed master's degree programme in the fields of business management, business development, marketing & communication or degree programs with a comparable focus. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in partnerships, business development or user acquisitions with a strong focus on unpaid, partnership-supported growth. You bring proven experience in building partnerships in Germany (experience in Switzerland and/or in Austria is a big plus). You have a profound understanding of the digital ecosystem of the DACH region (media groups, platforms, communities, influencers). You have excellent negotiating and relationship management skills. For you, of course, analytical, data-oriented thinking is the ability to evaluate ROI and long-term value. You bring the ability to act independently in a regional role with international stakeholders. You speak and write fluently German (mind. C1-Level). You have very good English knowledge in word and writing (min. B2-Level), French is not a must, but a plus.
