The company is in a growth phase and realizes challenging projects in a technology-oriented environment. General responsibility for finance, controlling, personnel and purchasing Control and further development of the commercial sector as a savings partner of the management Responsibility for the project controlling including costing, forecasting, contribution analyses as well as follow-up and outcome assessment Ensuring predictive liquidity planning and liquidity management for long-term project durations Management of Aval and Guarantee Management as well as management of bank discussions and support of project financing Responsibility for insurance-relevant topics and securing large projects Commercial examination and evaluation of contracts in close cooperation with project managers Compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and ensuring meaningful reporting to management and shareholders

Successfully completed economic studies or a comparable qualification Professional experience in a leading commercial function, for example as CFO, Commercial Head or Head of Finance Funded knowledge in the project-oriented business environment with major projects, ideally in the fields of energy, plant engineering, shipbuilding or construction Industry knowledge in the energy industry and/or in the maritime environment Founded disciplinary leadership experience as well as the ability to successfully develop and manage commercial teams Extensive experience in financing and treasury, in particular in liquidity planning, management of aval frameworks and guarantees, and in cooperation with banks Very good knowledge in project controlling, especially in costing and commercial management of complex projects Knowledge of accounting according to HGB as well as the preparation of monthly and annual accounts Experience in insurance management and securing large-scale projects Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to co-design strategic decisions as an austerity partner Impressive enforcement and the ability to represent commercial interests vis-à-vis project management, business partners and other stakeholders Sovereign appearance and very good communication skills in dealing with banks, insurers and shareholders German and good to very good English knowledge in word and writing, especially in the context of the contract and financing
