unlimited in full time with 39h/week (part time possible). Your duties Procurement and supplier management (including selection and evaluation of suppliers, supply collection and evaluation, implementation of tenders, procurement and contract negotiations with suppliers on prices, delivery and payment terms, monitoring of orders) Order processing (creation and monitoring of orders, coordination of delivery dates and quantities) Quality control (checking of delivered goods and services for quality and compliance with requirements) Cost management (monitoring of the budget, analysis of savings potentials and optimization of procurement costs) Development of purchasing strategies based on market analysis, supplier research and analysis of supply chains Creation of set-up plans in compliance with regulatory requirements (including workplace directives) Support/ Consulting assortment selection Mobilar (including suggestions, test positions) Tasks within the scope of the Supply Chain Care Code This will inspire us Commercial training with a focus on purchasing (specialist) or completed studies in the field of business management or interior architecture or comparable Possibly professional experience in purchasing, ideally industry knowledge in the field of furniture/internal equipment or related industries strong customer and service orientation, commitment and flexibility Independent, structured and solution-oriented work Analytical skills Embossed communication skills as well as sovereign and safe occurrence Secure handling of MS Office products (e.g. MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook) and other SW applications (ERP systems, ...) strong negotiating skills and last but not least joy in work and ability to team work We offer you Every single person with us does a lot and we appreciate that.
