We are looking for: We are looking for an experienced machine operator (m/w/d) for die casting plants at Ennepetal.

Your tasks:

• Operation of aluminium and zinc die casting plants according to production orders
• Set up, start, monitor and optimize the machine parameters after instruction and specification
• Roughening of plants, including adding the pre-material into the melting tank, supplying and controlling lubricants
• Monitoring process parameters
• Quality assurance during the manufacturing process (meaning, surface quality, flow behavior) and documentation
• performing first fault analyses (after instruction and specification) in case of malfunctions in cooperation with maintenance
• Care and easy maintenance

Your profile:

• Engineer (m/w/d) in the field of die casting systems, with completed technical training in the field of machine and plant operation or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in the operation of die casting systems, ideally in the field of aluminum and/or zinc die casting
• Insufficient knowledge of die casting processes (material properties of aluminum and zinc, as well as injection technology and cooling)
• Understanding quality testing (use of measuring and testing equipment for surface quality, measurement testing)
• Willingness to work 2 shifts (06:00-14:30am / 14:30-23:00am)
• Teamability, Reliability and Quality and Responsibility
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
