Telesales Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Independent acquisition of potential new customers and analysis of individual customer needs Creation and tracking of offers up to the successful conclusion of the contract Accompanying the entire onboarding process and supporting new customers in the start phase Conducting quality discussions and close cooperation with the customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction Implementation of sales campaigns, qualification of leads and active achievement of sales targets Maintenance and updating of customer, potential and sales data in the relevant sales tools Cooperation with sales-specific projects and compliance with defined sales processes and quality standards

Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification First professional experience in sales, sales service or new customer acquisition Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system Embossed communication and final strength as well as a professional appearance on the phone Self-contained, structured and targeted working with high customer orientation Strengthening, Enforcement and Joy to Win New Customers German language skills in word and writing
