As a plant mechanic HKLS, you are an important team member in a firm object of our customer. We serve and operate the technical facilities at the customer location as a first-level service provider and ensure the safe operation of the demanding and complex technical supply systems. You work with us in a high-tech environment and enter plants between “oh is already old” and “the latest on the market”. Maintenance and modernization of building equipment in the area of heating, air conditioning, sanitary and ventilation technology (HKLS) in compliance with the relevant technical regulations The systematic troubleshooting and troubleshooting is one of your tasks as well as the completion of independent installation work to the specified extent You ensure a faultless documentation of your work and complete it in our systems. (Development of activity and maintenance reports, deficiencies reports and documentation and inventory) Tours, technical examinations and functional checks are carried out, document any deviations and communicate them to your team leader. By participating in the call readiness service, you will ensure a smooth operation for our client.

Completed training as plant mechanic HKLS / SHK, central heating farmer, ventilation farmer, gas and water installer or comparable qualification Professional experience in building technology Knowledge of the control and control of HKLS systems Self-employed, responsible, result-oriented and solution-oriented work Joy of constantly new technical challenges High service and customer orientation as well as team skills, readiness, reliable and sense of responsibility driving licence class B
