Organisation and settlement of back-office processes, in particular the creation and testing of lease agreements Participation in real estate marketing, e.g. displaying ads, online marketing and designing showcases Relieving the landlord in the daily business as well as active cooperation in the customer acquisition Own creation of correspondences and delivery of housing offers Collection and care of interested parties Telephone and personal support as well as advice from tenants and interested parties Maintenance and updating of master data in the broker and housing software Creation of statistics and evaluation using controlling tools Careful examination of incoming housing applications

Completed commercial training, ideally with experience in the real estate industry Safe appearance and pronounced communication strength High service awareness in dealing with tenants, prospects and owners Organisational strength and a structured and flexible way of working Very good MS Office knowledge
