Specialist for Construction Capacity – Technical Closure Break Registration

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a specialist:in for construction capacity – technical stoppage application (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Berlin site. Your tasks:

You will ensure the timely and quality-oriented notification of construction measures according to Ril 406 on behalf of the project management The provision and coordination of current construction planning for projects as well as for internal and external interfaces is guaranteed by you You will check tasks as well as tender and award documents with regard to construction and existing applications The applications in the PZE or BBP-Neo systems are carried out by you independently to the process phases of the Ril 406 to the SKM, MKM (1KP), KM(n-2) 2 KP, KM (n-1)3 KP and KKM 4 KP You monitor relevant key figures of construction operations planning, analyze irregularities (e.g. VU32) and execute appropriate counter-control measures Early identification of dependencies between projects and the development and coordination of solution alternatives are your responsibility You support project participants in the creation and optimization of construction phase and blocking pause concepts as well as in the dissolution of structural conflicts and participate in the JF construction stability and the pro active consultation The coordination with plant managers, construction operation coordinator: inside as well as further interfaces are coordinated and ensured by you

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed subject / university degree or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience First knowledge in railway operations as well as in building operations planning You have ideally first experience with the processes and structures of the DB as well as with Directive 406 Analytical thinking skills, a good understanding of complex relationships and a structured way of working distinguish you You convince by communication strength, enforcement ability and conflictability in dealing with different project participants A high level of sense of responsibility and self-initiative you bring You work independently, targeted and keep an overview even in challenging situations Teamability as well as the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way and bring about solutions, complete your profile
