Strategic development of selected key accounts in the drugstore, LEH and discount environment (DACH, Focus DE & AT) Translation of scientific innovations in convincing trade, category and growth arguments Design of joint business plans, assortment and price strategies as well as innovation roadmaps Sparring Partner for Purchasing, Category Management and Management Control of international trade initiatives (e.g. dm Austria, Lidl International) orchestration of internal interfaces (marketing, product management, supply chain, finance, digital) Further development of trade marketing, retail media and data-based argumentation approaches Integration of market and customer feedback in innovation and strategy processes Success is measured on:
