Corporate Development Manager - M&A & PMI Focus (m/f/d)

Focus – M&A and Post-Merger Integration (group-wide)Continuing and implementing a group-wide M&A strategy in the context of the growth and transformation agenda of the Becker Group Identification, analysis and evaluation of international acquisition possibilities Creating sound business cases, corporate assessments and decision templates for top management Control and coordination of international due diligence processes in close cooperation with internal departments and external consultants Active role in post-Merger integration with responsibility for:development of integration concepts and roadmaps Voting target operating models Follow-up of integration progress and synergies

In addition – strategy and analytical support (international) Implementation of global market, competition and technology analyses (Competitive Intelligence) Identification and evaluation of new business opportunities and business models Analytical support of strategic initiatives and transformation programmes at group level Creation of decision-relevant analyses, presentations and documents for management and bodies

In addition, shaping the role Active participation in building and developing a group-wide corporate development function with direct connection to the management Hybrid working model with at least 5 days of presence per month at the Wuppertal site (expanded percentage of presence during incorporation)

Studies in economics, engineering or comparable qualifications Multiannual (approximately 4–7 years) relevant professional experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Transaction Advisory or Strategy Consulting Found experience in financial modeling, corporate assessment and development of business cases Experience in the field of post-Merger integration (PMI) Embossed analytical skills as well as structured, solution-oriented working Sovereign appearance in an international, cross-functional environment negotiated English; German knowledge of advantage Secure handling of Excel on financial modeling level; Knowledge of Power BI or comparable tools desirable Hands-on mentality, high reliability and pronounced implementation strength readiness for international travel (up to about 30 %)
