For a large order in Hamburg-Finkenwerder we are looking for dedicated team leaders or In this position, you take the professional leadership of a cleaning team, soaring for a smooth running of daily work and actively working with yourself in the operational business. Together with your team, you will ensure that the high quality and safety standards of the aviation industry are complied with at any time. Your tasks and responsibilities Professional management and coordination of the cleaning team in daily use Organizing, controlling and monitoring workflows taking into account work, health and environmental protection Contrary to new orders and to ensure a timely and high quality execution Active cooperation in technical cleaning and simultaneous monitoring tasks on site Contact person for the customer in the day-to-day business and continuous care of a trusted cooperation Capture and document the team's working hours Support operational management in quality assurance, quality management, environmental management and disposal Participation in the continuous improvement of workflows and processes
