The Klinikum Lippe GmbH is the carrier of the two main hospitals Detmold and Lemgo as well as a child and youth psychiatry at the Bad Salzuflen site. As part of the University Hospital of Ostwestfalen-Lippe at Bielefeld University, Klinikum Lippe provides 1,224 plan beds annually in about 30 clinics and competence centres. 100,000 outpatient and around 50,000 inpatient patients. The modern clinic for child and youth psychiatry and psychotherapy psychosomatics (clinic director Dr. med. Dr. rer. nat. dipl.-Psych. Ulrich Preuss) at the Klinikum Lippe-Bad Salzuflen has 48 treatment sites and 4 day clinics (42 seats). It is responsible for the regional child- and youth-psychiatric compulsory care of the Lippe County, Minden-Lübbecke and Herford County. In the next few years, the clinic will be expanded structurally and in terms of content and will then provide 80 stationary and 42 partially stationary treatment sites for the young patients. The multi-professional team of the clinic currently consists of approx. 150-160 employees, after the end of the expansion it will be approx. 210 employees. Your tasks Basically, your tasks concern the participation in the further development in the fields of psychiatry, psychotherapy, human resources development, human resources management, treatment concepts and the development of the new expansion of the clinic. Medical-psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment especially of patients with severe disorders in complex settings and consiles in other clinics Commitment and cooperation with regional connected clinics, institutions and authorities Active engagement in an appropriate and team-oriented continuing and continuing education Participation in the medical background service
