For our Servicefeld Platform Services in the Tribe Service Center Platform Management, we are looking for you in full time as an IT architect (m/w/d) for safe software development in the IT platform in Karlsruhe or Münster. Your activity is assigned to the Chapter/Squad Architecture & Design Enabler. Here you work with 6 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives You design and establish a 'Secure Software Development Lifecycle' (SSDLC) in our infrastructural platforms, perform code audits, support code maintenance and participate in penetration testing. Your tasks include advising the developer teams in terms of secure software development methods, modeling wartable and reusable code, as well as building and promoting a developer community for networking and working with automation teams. You support the implementation and optimization of security processes, standards and processes in software development. You can see the automation and efficiency increase in the provision of platforms (share of your own programming activity at about 30%). You also take responsibility for the handling of open source solutions as well as for compliance and implementation of relevant requirements and standards in the field of SW Deployment. The setting of framework conditions, the creation of standards and the definition of minimum requirements for software development incl. Developing and implementing actions are also your tasks.

Personality with profile You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a similar subject as well as many years of relevant professional experience in software development and in the field of DevSecOps or comparable qualifications as well as experience in managing cross-disciplinary (partial) projects. You have a sound know-how in the Software Development Lifecycle and first experience in IT security, including security, standards and processes. You have basic knowledge of infrastructure technologies (e.g. virtualization, databases, containers and public cloud (IaaS/PaaS)) as well as experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible or Git/GitOps. Ideally you bring experience or willingness to participate in the topics of implementation of code audits, Threat modeling and support in penetration tests. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). A self-initiative, communication strength and joy in coaching development teams in security issues as well as enforcing ability and sovereignty in complex tasks are all yours.

salary frame and career level The annual salary for this position is between € 76,000 and € 109,000 for a 38-hour week, depending on the corresponding experience and qualification, and pays on our career model as follows:
