Benefits:

Your tasks:

• They run a team of several electronics and dispatchers in the Facility Management area and jointly ensure smooth operations
• You take over the personnel deployment planning and implementation of instructions
• They regularly work with reports and statistics, evaluate them and initiate measures to optimize workflows on this basis
• With your team you ensure operational safety through regular checks
• They are responsible for administrative processes such as entry and exit, procurement of workwear, etc.
• They introduce new electronics and implement disciplinary measures in consultation with the department management and the personnel department

Your profile:

• Education: You have an economic or technical degree or a commercial training with multi-year professional experience ideally in the field of facility management or another industrial field.
• Know-how: You have knowledge of facility management / TGA or building technology or real estate management
• Personality: You like to take responsibility for leadership and work independently. Your customer and service orientation
• IT: PC skills and Microsoft Office skills required
• Qualification: You have a class B licence and are mobile for local visits to the postal and parcel centres in your region
