We provide and organise staff-centric and inclusive services for clients with mental illness, disabilities and addiction diseases in the Stormarn district of Hamburg as well as in other locations in Schleswig-Holstein. For our outpatient team at the Bad Oldesloe site we are looking for reinforcements: social education (m/w/d) or comparable qualification As klaarnoord gGmbH, we provide assistance services for people with mental illnesses and/or addiction. With our multi-professional team, we support, support and advise our clients in implementing their personal goals.
