Supporting the talent Acquisition Experts (w/m/d) in the entire recruiting process from job alert to occupation Applicant management including visibility, preselection and care of incoming applications Organization and coordination of telephone, video and personal interviews Shipping of invitations, cancellations and other candidate correspondence Contact person:in for internal and external recruiting requests as well as ensuring a positive Candidate Experience Support in the organisation, preparation and follow-up of recruiting events and career measures Administrative support in Recruiting everyday

Completed study or training, ideally with experience in recruiting, applicant management or comparable activity First practical experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or personnel administration desirable Safe handling of MS Office as well as distinct organizational and administrative skills High reliability, accuracy and responsibility Self-employed, structured working methods with a pronounced self-organization and prioritization capability Team and service orientation as well as friendly, professional communication strength in dealing with internal and external contact persons:inside High outcome and solution orientation combined with high quality standards and continuous readiness Hybrid working model: readiness for presence in Coburg
