Professional and disciplinary leadership of the entire customer service team (national & international) including coaching and further development Ensuring high service levels and smooth order processing processes Identification and implementation of process improvements, in particular in the context of digitalization and automation Participation in day-to-day business, in particular at high levels or in escalation cases Interface function to other departments such as logistics, IT, sales and product management Development of processes, structures and communication paths in customer service Ensuring compliance with all customs and external economic rules

completed training or studies with a focus on customer service, communication, e-commerce or comparable, Experience in customer service, ideally with international reference (including customs) and in the e-commerce environment First leadership experience is desirable – alternatively bring the potential and desire to develop into this role Passion for customer satisfaction and high service orientation Analytical thinking and joy in questioning and improving processes Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Communication strength, empathy and enforcement
