Coordination & Control: Responsible management, coordination and monitoring of all rehabilitation and modernization measures. Staff division: operational planning, management and support of the own construction site personnel as well as the control of external craft enterprises and subcontractors. Decision competence: decision-makers contact person for all technical questions on site. Quality control: Ensuring construction quality, timeliness and budget maintenance as well as final decline of the plants.
