We are looking for a new team member for the Human Resources department as soon as possible. Personnel Compensation Wages/Content Accounting TZ 30 - 35 h

Ensuring monthly wage and salary bills taking into account tax, social insurance and labour legislation Ensuring time management, in particular in the care of mistime, input of time corrections and the installation of shift plans Contact person for employees, supervisors, health insurance companies, auditors, etc. for billing-relevant or personal economic issues Creation of standard work contracts and additional contracts according to specifications Supporting the time work including evaluation and communication Relieving the team in administrative staff work, especially in correspondence Organization of Jubilar Honors

Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification with well-founded additional qualifications in the personnel sector e.g. Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Professional experience in personnel billing and contracting mandatory Knowledge of labour and social security law Ideally experience in working with the software P&I LOGA Embossed communication strength and a very good expression Routinized handling of the current MS Office programs High service understanding and team skills Organisational skills and a structured working method
