You have already gained some years of experience in sales in German car trade and want to use your knowledge and skills to help others achieve their goals and career wishes in the industry? Experience in mentoring, coaching or especially in training itself is a huge plus. Experience in the automotive industry Experience in performing presence and online training Embossed communication and presentation skills Experience with sale of electric vehicles Ability to motivate and inspire others High self-initiative and independent working Teamability and flexibility Solution-oriented Self-confident Ability to quickly understand Negotiating English dealing with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and teams
