Tasks

• independent support of your own customer base
• expert advice on cut, color and care
• Implementation of high-quality women's, men's and, where appropriate, colour and styling services
• Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships
• careful handling of products, tools and workplaces
• active participation of the salon everyday and the team

Qualification

• completed training as a hairdresser:in / Hairstylist:in
• several years of professional experience of advantage
• safe, professional appearance against customers: inside
• independent, structured operation
• Quality awareness and joy in good hairdressing work
• Teamability, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Openness for further development and new impulses

Nice to have (no need)

• Experience in building and binding a customer base
• Interest in current techniques, colors or trends

We are not looking for a “passenger stylist:inside” but people who take their profession seriously and like to work in the long term.
