National Air Logistics Development Manager (m/f/d)

As you introduce yourself, you take responsibility for sustainable volume and revenue growth and long-term customer loyalty in the national Air Logistics business. You develop existing customer relationships strategically and work closely with Air Logistics Sales and other business units' sales teams. You analyse market trends, customer requirements and competitive developments and thereby initiate concrete growth initiatives. You identify market potentials and complete existing performance and product gaps in cooperation with the National Air Logistics Management. You represent the company at specialist events, industry forums and trade fairs and position our expertise in the market. You control and support the introduction of new products, solutions and strategic initiatives according to global requirements. You are responsible for or supporting pricing activities, defined KPIs and successful implementation of global pricing strategies and processes. You work closely with customer care, operations and regional competence centers, accompany escalations and drive the continuous improvement of service quality and customer experience.

You have several years of successful experience in air freight and strategic business development. You bring a deep understanding of international supply chains, air logistics products and market mechanisms. You have achieved demonstrable success in the development of customers, markets or business areas. You are convinced by strong sales and negotiation competence at senior management level. You work data-driven, analyze markets and competitive environments and take effective action. You have strong project management and stakeholder management skills and are sure to move into complex matrix organisations. You communicate in German and English and feel comfortable in international teams and networks. You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, self-initiative and the ability to actively advance changes.
