Developer of Measurement Systems and Sensors (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Location: Munich

As a measurement engineer:in the field of engine and component testing, you are responsible for the design of new measurement and analysis methods. They look at the full measuring chain from the sensor to cabling and electronic signal processing to analysis software. Their measurement solutions are mainly used in the field of development testing and generate data for the approval and further development of our components. Your area of responsibility:New and further development of measurement methods and systems. Coordination of requirements with specialist departments. Conception of measurement structures. Calibration, construction and removal of complex measuring systems. Technical support in development tests. Error detection and correction. Advising the specialist departments in the interpretation of measurement results. Presentation and discussion of the results with the customer. Documentation of works in the form of measurement protocols and reports. Implementation of technology projects in the field of measurement technology/instrumentation development. Participation in the acquisition, supply creation of order measurements with technology, schedule, cost.

Successfully completed technical studies, preferably technical physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable trainings. Knowledge in: Digital and analog measurement technology Signal conditioning Construction of electronic circuits Microcontroller programming MS Office, Python Project management skills Happy work in the team High customer orientation and flexibility readiness for use and responsibility, reliability and target orientation English language skills
