Set up, run and operate CNC milling machines by work plan Loading and optimising CNC programs (e.g. Siemens 840D, Heidenhain) Selection and use of cutting tools in the manufacturing process Measurement, alignment and installation of workpieces including zero point definition Quality control: testing of workpieces as well as correction and fine adjustment of machining parameters Own-responsible self-testing to ensure the quality of the component Detection and elimination of faults in the production process Documentation and continuous optimization of production processes Conducting collision tests during CNC machining

Graduated training as machining mechanic milling technology, tool mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in CNC cutting and milling Knowledge of CNC controls like Siemens 840D, Heidenhain CNC Mill Plus or comparable Experience in setting up and operating CNC milling machines Willingness to shift work Good knowledge of German in word and writing Careful, quality-conscious and independent working
