As a Data Migration Engineer - Investment Finance, you are responsible for the most critical part of every onboarding: the clean transfer of data from the old system to our portfolio management platform and the establishment of daily data feeds. The system provides reliable results only with correct, complete data - You are the foundation for each portfolio management and financial decision of our demanding customers. With your unique combination of financial knowledge and technical expertise, you contribute to successfully migrating large customer stocks to the QPLIX platform and thus shape the future of Wealth Management. End-to-end data migration: You take full technical responsibility for complex migration customer master files, position and transaction data as well as the investment universe Data Quality: You are responsible for validation, plausibility and quality assurance of migrated data, including coordination with source systems Interfaces to depot banks and data providers: You build and manage the data connections to depot banks and data providers - the daily feeds, without the portfolios not being managed Automation of substeps of data migration Optimization of processes for better scalability of migration projects detailed analysis of complex datasets (e.g. exports from old systems) for transfer to the target system Advising the project teams with challenges in data acquisition Interface between consultants, development department and customers:

successfully completed studies in the field (economic) informatics, financial mathematics (or comparable qualification) multiannual experience in the analysis, processing and acquisition of large amounts of data, ideally in the financial sector sound understanding of the common liquid asset classes (shares, bonds, derivatives, etc.) as well as the associated financial transactions including Corporate Actions very good knowledge of Python as well as sound SQL knowledge (relational databases); Experience with document-oriented databases (e.g. MongoDB) and other languages of advantage pronounced analytical skills as well as structured, solution-oriented thinking very good organizational ability, fast understanding and self-responsibility careful handling of sensitive customer data in German and English (C1), other languages are advantageous
