These are your tasks Technical advice: legal advice of the market areas and departments as well as support in legal correspondence. Cross-thematic cooperation: legal participation in overarching projects and fundamental issues. Assessment & Recommendation: Participation in legal opinions and decision-making templates for the Executive Board and specialist departments. Representation: As a service provider:in the representation of our savings bank to the outside (personally and in writing) in the associated topics. Examination of the contract: examination and design of different contracts and types of contracts. Proceedings: Legal accompaniment of – extrajudicial and judicial – legal disputes, including legal assistance for lawyers in the assigned subject areas. Legal development: Observing the current legal developments on your relevance for the Sparkasse and the Group and supporting the development of implementation proposals.

We wish you Completion: Successfully completed legal higher education or comparable adequate training, preferably completion as a full legal expert:in practical experience: experience in legal advice preferred in banking and capital market law; also a professional training course. Competence: knowledge in the field of general banking and civil law, ideally with a focus on credit law, complemented by a good understanding of business relations. Responsibility: High performance motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as independent work. Strong expressiveness: The ability to communicate clearly in German (min. C1) and to present complex facts both in writing and oral.

You can expect from us An annual salary between 57,000 – 85,000 euros (TVöD-S, max. pay group 11) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & your degree 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours and part-time offers (min. 80%) The possibility of working up to 40% mobile after incorporation 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
