For our location in Munich, we are looking for a:n Learning, Safety & Compliance Supervisor (w/m/d) as part of a one-year working relationship. As a Supervisor Personal Qualification, Security and Compliance (w/m/d), you report to the Head of Learning, Safety & Compliance and work closely with the Operations Managers. You ensure the safety of the operation at any time and ensure compliance. Supervisor - Training, Safety & Compliance

Support in ensuring safe and regular operation and promoting active safety culture performing initial and refresh training; Care and coaching of the employees in the operational everyday Evaluation of operational key figures, identification of potential for improvement and support in implementing measures Implementation of scheduled and unannounced safety and compliance checks and follow-up of corrective measures Support in the investigation of incidents and implementation of preventive security measures Close cooperation with the Head of Learning, Safety & Compliance in implementing standards, processes and training measures Creation of training content, processes & operating instructions

Complete university studies in the field of safety engineering, economic, transport, engineering or similar Knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 45001 (work safety) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) or comparable standards, as well as a strong understanding of occupational safety principles and risk management Outstanding leadership, communication and organisational skills as well as experience in dealing with and managing employees Professional experience in QHSE (quality, health, safety and the environment) Experience as a driving instructor Excellent knowledge of German and knowledge of English Willingness to participate in a multi-week training measure in the USA
