Specialist Nurse Oncology/ Onconurse - General & Visceral Surgery incl. Intestinal Center (m/f/d)

Holistic care and care: You take over the individual, needs-oriented care of our patients, plan and control the care process and ensure a professional, patient-oriented care. Advice and assistance: You provide competent advice to patients, patients and their relatives oncological questions and accompany them throughout the course of the treatment. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with different professional groups, participate in interface visions and tumour conferences and contribute to a coordinated, high-quality patient care. Quality and concept development: You contribute to the further development of the care concept of the intestinal center as well as to the creation and updating of nursing standards and support the continuous improvement of processes. Further development: You actively contribute your nursing expertise, perform team training on topics relevant to the center and support the development of oncological care visas. Documentation and certification: You carefully document nursing measures and cooperate in preparing and implementing certifications.

You have a completed 3-year nursing training Completed training „Pflege in der Onkologie“ You are interested in professional knowledge acquisition and personality development It distinguishes high social engagement, empathic appearance and a positive attitude You bring motivation and joy to work in the interdisciplinary team with You put a healthy, professional thinking on the day You live integrity and possess humor Your knowledge of German is at least on B2 level in word and writing
