You develop, control and implement AI strategies with a special focus on practical applications in the context of damage and in close cooperation with management and relevant disciplines You identify and prioritize relevant AI-Use Cases, in particular for automation, prediction and decision support in damage management You coordinate and monitor implementation projects, recognize risks early and report regularly to central stakeholders for the project progress You accompany AI-Maturity-Assessments and develop effective AI-Operating models and bring them together with the disciplines for implementation You design and carry out workshops and thus promote the understanding and acceptance of AI for professionals and management Last but not least, you continuously analyze market and technology trends, develop the AI strategy in damage and guide concrete action recommendations

You think analytically, solve complex problems structured and work independently, but are always team-oriented and curious to learn interdisciplinary project teams from different perspectives. You communicate convincingly and convey technical content according to target groups – from specialist to management You work pragmatically and solution-oriented, do not lose focus even with resistances and use your network to constructively overcome obstacles in the corporate environment You have a degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science or a comparable qualification with focus on AI and digital transformation You already bring relevant professional experience (at least several years) into the development and implementation of AI or digital strategies – ideally with insight into the insurance or financial sector You have a sound understanding of AI technologies, their potential and the challenges of implementing them in regulated, process-oriented business areas
